About The Position

The Manager of NvStreams at NVIDIA is responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on developing advanced technology for automotive and embedded applications. This role emphasizes software quality, process innovation, and collaboration with various teams to align technology development with NVIDIA's strategic goals in artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills regardless of audience or problem complexity.
• Strong organizational skills to lead projects and drive software development with a matrix team of globally distributed engineers.
• Experience with mentorship and developing engineering staff.
• Embedded software development background.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Agile experience, especially with distributed teams and matrix projects.
• Prior leadership of rapidly growing teams.
• Experience with industrial quality standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434.
