About The Position

Find your purpose by leading the team that fuels & prepares nourishment for patients and those that care for them at the Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar! The Manager of Nutrition Services is accountable for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the daily nutrition operations for designated locations. Leads the nutrition team in maintaining, developing, and implementing efficiencies based on the organization's goals, policies and procedures. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Requirements

• Associate Degree -OR- 5 years' experience in healthcare or retail nutrition operations required in lieu of education.
• A valid Driver's License in good standing required.
