About The Position

The Nurse Manager develops, implements and evaluates plans for comprehensive pediatric nursing management of the general pediatric patient. The Nurse Manager has 24 hour responsibility in the area of quality patient care, customer service, and budgetary compliance, staffing and resource management group and other departments is essential. Effective interpersonal relationships are maintained through open communication. Professional certification within 3 years of hire. Communication skills, Customer Service Skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Professional certification within 3 years of hire.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
