Job Duties: Responsible for the planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation-based learning for nursing student education. Responsible for the management of the simulation space, coordination of activities across nursing program curriculums, and planning for future simulation needs. The Manager will have a faculty appointment and work in collaboration with course instructors, Directors and Assistant Directors of the Geisinger School of Nursing, and the Associate Dean of Nursing Student Education. This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly; 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Candidates must hold an LPN or RN license. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, plus 3 years managing people, processes or projects and 3 years related work experience in nursing simulation is required. Certification from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare is preferred. Candidates must meet standards for faculty appointment at GCHS. Position Details: Work is typically performed in a clinical and office environment.
