(New Employee is defined as someone who has not been employed with Rogers for more than six months) The Nursing Services Manager coordinates the various disciplines and leads the development of all aspects of the clinical program. He/She is responsible for the overall management of nursing functions twenty-four (24) hours a day, including assessing staff performance, scheduling, performance improvement and treatment planning. This position has global responsibilities for participating in the management and leadership of Rogers Behavioral Health. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm Program: Mental Health Recovery Child/Adolescent Inpatient Units
