About The Position
The Nursing Services Manager coordinates the various disciplines and leads the development of all aspects of the clinical program. He/She is responsible for the overall management of nursing functions twenty-four (24) hours a day, including assessing staff performance, scheduling, performance improvement and treatment planning. This position has global responsibilities for participating in the management and leadership of Rogers Behavioral Health. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm.
