About The Position

Responsible for leading & overseeing a clinical dialysis unit staff, patient care, and facility. This manager will lead the team to provide the highest level of care to patients and ensure their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required.
• Two (2) years of Clinical Manager experience or comparable experience and three (3) years hemodialysis nursing experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice and Current CPR certification required.
• CNN or CDN certification required within 1 year of eligibility.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
