About The Position

The position involves developing, administering, directing, and implementing all nursing and related patient care activities for designated areas of accountability. The role requires close collaboration with the nursing team to support various organizational business initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities include standardizing systems, identifying efficiencies, overseeing financial aspects of nursing programs and services, integrating performance improvement strategies, and supporting strategic nursing business initiatives. The position also entails operationalizing nursing integration, developing service lines, and standardizing nursing practices while ensuring patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• 3 years in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
• RN licensure is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of health care issues, trends, legal compliance, and managed care with emphasis on nursing operations.
• Ability to foster collaborative partnerships in the development, implementation, and administration of service and program delivery.
