About The Position
Support the Operations teams in the Country to operate in full compliance with all Country and Group policies as well as local regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring compliance, implementing and exercising local banking regulatory reporting relating to the unit, and building strong relationships with SME and Return owners. The role also involves undertaking periodic self-assessments on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls, and assisting in coordinating, facilitating, and promoting understanding of operational risk within the assigned unit.
