The Night Crew Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire night operations of the grocery store, ensuring efficient stocking, inventory management, and team performance. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence to meet the store's objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Essential Functions of the Position: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels. Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to make informed ordering decisions. Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment Lead, motivate, and mentor the night crew team to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify and address training needs, ensuring the team is well-equipped to perform their duties. Oversee the efficient execution of overnight stocking and inventory processes. Ensure all merchandise is stocked according to store specifications and standards. Monitor and manage workflow to meet productivity goals and deadlines.Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing for customers. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers and promote sales. Address and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and store policies. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Address any safety concerns promptly and implement corrective actions. Resolve damaged or malfunctioning equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
