The Manager, NPI & Test Markets, plays a key role in driving the successful launch of new food across Firehouse US & Canada. Reporting to the Director of Culinary & Innovation, this highly visible position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Innovation, Supply Chain, Operations, QA, and external vendors, to support strategic test market and marketing initiatives. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
