About The Position
We are excited to bring on a Manager of New Business Implementation to join our Group Protection Operations Team, supporting our New Business Implementation Team, working remotely. As part of Lincoln's new Local Market strategy, Lincoln is working to change the way we implement our Local Markets business. This role will be working to build and lead a team of front-line individuals that will be onboarding new business and/or new lines of business for our Local Markets customers. As the Manager of New Business Implementation, you will lead a newly formed team working to onboard, complete policy configuration, and enroll business for customers under Low Complexity Customers in our Local Markets Segment. Lincoln's Implementation and Group Protection Businesses are evolving and embracing technology transformation across the board and you will help create the roadmap for how solutions will be architected and implemented for years to come.
