About The Position

The Manager of Neurosurgery, Pain, and Stroke Clinics assumes a key leadership role in the overall management and supervision of the Neurosciences clinic practices. The manager has primary responsibility and authority of day-to-day operation within the department. As the Manager for Neurosciences, this individual will be responsible to ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently for physicians, providers, and patients. The individual holding this position is expected to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of clinic operations. Maintains professional competencies by attending education programs, participating in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory position in a clinic or surgical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) preferred.
