About The Position
We are looking for a driven Network Training and Safety Manager with a demonstrated history of success in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety and training programs. This person will need to reside in Elwood, IL or Kennesaw, GA and the role will require about 50% travel among the sites aligned in this area. This pivotal role focuses on cultivating safe and compliant work environments through effective training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in OSHA regulations, coupled with strong leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills. They will also have a solid background in occupational health and safety, with a particular emphasis on leading training programs that prioritize regulatory compliance. The Network Training and Safety Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuous improvement for EHS training.
