Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Ensure internal control adherence and provide audit support.
• Manage the financial affairs of the system by implementing and monitoring internal controls.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial plans and reports.
• Conduct studies and make recommendations to ensure effective and cost-efficient operation of the Company.
• Manage a team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Provide subject matter guidance to employees as required.
• Develop processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies and assist in the development and meeting of departmental budget.
