Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Manager, NAM Operations Center to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC. You can be a part of a highly professional North American Ministries team. In this role, you will support the strategic growth of the North American Ministries (NAM) team by standing up and then operating the NAM Operations Center on a daily basis. Functions of the NAM Operations Center include planning, tracking of current operations and serving as a clearinghouse for all reporting. You will coordinate and build relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders across the ministry to ensure the effective and efficient accomplishment of all missions. Additionally, you will ensure the documentation and implementation of best practices and lessons learned, resulting in process improvements for responses.
