The Manager, Multidisciplinary Clinic Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for a hospital-based, multidisciplinary clinic offering coordinated ambulatory visits and minor procedures. The manager will oversee one clinic which serves as a shared access point for multiple specialties. The manager ensures clinical integration, patient-centered operations, regulatory compliance, and performance excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a preferred background in ambulatory or procedural clinic settings.
  • Demonstrated strength in team management, cross-departmental coordination, and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in hospital-based outpatient settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, launch, and ongoing management of the clinic, including space activation and service line integration.
  • Oversee clinical and administrative operations across specialties, in partnership with physician and nursing leaders.
  • Develop and monitor clinic KPIs, including access, patient volume, procedural throughput, staff productivity, and patient experience.
  • Create and manage operational budgets, staffing plans, and capital needs.
  • Responsible for all staffing oversight, including hiring and onboarding of staff, performance reviews, performance issues, and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality/safety benchmarks.
  • Serve as liaison to department chairs, hospital leadership, and clinical partners to ensure aligned goals.
  • Promote innovation in scheduling, clinical workflows, and technology to optimize patient access and care coordination.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, staff engagement, and patient satisfaction.
