About The Position
The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for leading, building, and expanding a highâperforming team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the region. This role drives aggressive growth, oversees recruiting pipelines, ensures ongoing production performance, and strengthens FourLeaf Federal Credit Union’s presence through strategic business development. The leader in this role is accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing dayâtoâday execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ Years in Mortgage Lending.
- Proven success in mortgage origination with strong knowledge of residential lending products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate Mortgage Loan Officers in a productionâdriven environment.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing MLO talent, with the ability to build and sustain strong recruiting pipelines.
- Licenses: NMLS Required.
