Position Summary As the Manager, Mobile Recruitment Strategy at Versiti, you will design, develop, and integrate donor acquisition programs and campaigns that state-level account representatives and regional managers will use to foster mobile drive success. Your work will directly influence the growth and sustainability of Versiti's mobile donor recruitment efforts, particularly within SMERF (social/community, military, education, religious, fraternal) and hospital/healthcare sectors. This role demands a high-energy, strategic, and execution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will spearhead initiatives that increase mobile donor acquisition, convert mobile donors to center donors, re-engage lapsed mobile donors, and optimize mobile drive performance—especially for accounts that have previously declined participation. You will drive influence across state-level donor recruitment teams with vision, creativity, and tactical expertise, ensuring that every mobile drive campaign is both compelling and results-driven.
