Danone is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to bringing health through food to as many people as possible. The Mission and Sustainability (M&S) team is responsible for developing and implementing all of Danone North America's impact efforts, connecting various integrated initiatives across the Danone Impact Journey (DIJ) which focuses on Nature, Health, and Communities. The M&S team provides strategic oversight, direction, and governance across these topics, ensuring deep collaboration with global counterparts and multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. Key roles include developing strategic plans, business cases on ROI/tradeoffs, roadmaps, tracking implementation, and providing advisory on best practices. As the Manager of Mission & Sustainability, you will own the project management of multiple initiatives that align with the team's strategy. You will lead the strategic direction of these initiatives, working closely with the Senior Director and/or Vice President. Your role will encompass various topical and functional areas of expertise, particularly focusing on Health and Communities within the DIJ, as well as Planning and Strategy regarding the overall enterprise impact roadmap. You will develop and own rigorous quantitative modeling and qualitative problem-solving insights to shape Danone's Health and Communities strategies, including levers, goals, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps. Collaboration with senior stakeholders across various functions will be essential to bring strategy to action, ensuring integration of the DIJ into enterprise strategy and planning, driving value within sales relationships, and building external partnerships while accurately reporting and tracking KPIs. The base compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
