Texas Health Resources is seeking a qualified Manager Mission Control to join their Texas Health Alliance family. Requirements

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
1 Year distribution experience in a supervisor role Required
Proactive problem solving
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills
Time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree Preferred
Utilizing Real Time Locating System and Grand Central experience a Plus

Responsibilities

Manage the asset management team to include interviewing, hiring, performance management and preparation and presentation of employee evaluations.
Oversees staff schedules and ensures proper coverage of the asset management department.
Reviews and prioritizes furniture/equipment requests across the hospital.
Works closely with VP of Professional Svs. and facilities to create and implement furniture replacement plans and strategies house wide.
Enters furniture/equipment orders in SCMIS and ECER systems.
Prepare operating and capital budgets for Asset Management department.
Manage the approved budget and adjust strategies as needed to med budget expectations.
Responsible for managing equipment/furniture budget.
Monitors Real Time Locating System (RLTS), Teletracking, and other systems associated with asset/equipment movement.
Become super user for RTLS.
Champion process improvement efforts around our furniture and equipment assets including standardization of processes as well as leading cost saving efforts in the department and hospital.
