About The Position

Texas Health Resources is seeking a qualified Manager Mission Control to join their Texas Health Alliance family. Texas Health Alliance is a 151-bed, full-service hospital in North Fort Worth, providing care since 2012. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 1 Year distribution experience in a supervisor role Required
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • Utilizing Real Time Locating System and Grand Central experience a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the asset management team to include interviewing, hiring, performance management and preparation and presentation of employee evaluations.
  • Oversees staff schedules and ensures proper coverage of the asset management department.
  • Reviews and prioritizes furniture/equipment requests across the hospital.
  • Works closely with VP of Professional Svs. and facilities to create and implement furniture replacement plans and strategies house wide.
  • Enters furniture/equipment orders in SCMIS and ECER systems.
  • Prepare operating and capital budgets for Asset Management department.
  • Manage the approved budget and adjust strategies as needed to med budget expectations.
  • Responsible for managing equipment/furniture budget.
  • Monitors Real Time Locating System (RLTS), Teletracking, and other systems associated with asset/equipment movement.
  • Become super user for RTLS.
  • Champion process improvement efforts around our furniture and equipment assets including standardization of processes as well as leading cost saving efforts in the department and hospital.
