About The Position
We are searching for the best talent for our Manager, MISE Vendor and Quality Management position to be located in Titusville, New Jersey. The role Manager, MISE Vendor and Quality Management is responsible for developing and managing the quality assurance standards for all medical inquiries including but not limited to phone calls, electronic Medical Information Requests, Chat and General Inquires processed by Medical Information Scientific Engagement (MISE). The MISE Manager employs innovative approaches for continuous quality improvement and works closely with other managers within MISE to accomplish the quality control goals. This role will also assist Associate Director, MISE Vendor and Quality Management to ensure quality standards are followed by MISE vendor.
