About The Position

As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialists (Account Executives) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is fully remote.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading and coaching a quota-carrying team.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead others successfully.
  • Experience managing a consultative sales process with Mid Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for managing and forecasting sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of Growth Specialists.
  • Oversee teams responsible for both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Coach reps on prospecting and managing inbound leads effectively.
  • Help reps manage sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Work through contract negotiations and procurement.
  • Foster a fun, transparent, and collaborative culture.
  • Instill a 'never quit' attitude in the team.
  • Emphasize analytics and KPIs for team management and strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional projects that advance organizational goals.
  • Attract, recruit, interview, and retain top talent.
