We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Management professional with outstanding customer service, communication, and people management skills. As a Member Services Manager, you will oversee and motivate the Regional Business Consultant (RBC) team, ensuring alignment with goals set by the VP of Member Services. This role involves coaching, training, and providing direct guidance to RBCs to drive goal attainment. Additionally, the Manager supports the VP in understanding and implementing Retail Group tools, products, and services aimed at enhancing member growth and profitability.
