Manager, Medical Information
About The Position
The Medical Information Manager is primarily responsible for generating standard and customized medical information content to fulfill unsolicited Medical Information requests from both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPs for Biogen Neuroscience (MS, SMA etc) and/or Biosimilars Business Unit (BBU) products. Additional responsibilities include: Training the call center, external business partners, and other Biogen team members on Medical Information content & processess Continuous monitoring of product trends to ensure appropriate content strategy as well as communication to the wider Biogen organization Continuous improvement of Medical Information processes and deliverables Ensure audit readiness at all times to GxP standards Ad hoc project support as needed for globalization efforts in Medical Information
Requirements
- Advanced clinical and scientific training required
- Direct scientific/clinical experience in the therapeutic area desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Prior industry expe
