Under the general supervision of the Director, Diagnostic Imaging and in cooperation with the Medical Director of the division, the Manager is responsible for managing the clinical and operational activities of the center. Exercises critical thinking skills toward decision making which effectively addresses personnel management, use of resources, quality of services and fiscal management of the department of Diagnostic Radiology. Plans, directs and coordinates the work of assigned staff who participate in providing diagnostic testing procedures. Is responsible to provide a high quality education program for incumbent staff. Supports designated student training program(s) for the department by assuring the training program meet compliance standards, policies and procedures outlined by various approving agencies.
