As a key member of the Marketing team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Medical Education to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating clinical and medical education programs. This role ensures healthcare professionals are effectively trained to use the company’s products for optimal patient outcomes.

  • Program Development & Delivery: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for clinical education (e.g., job aids, presentations, videos).
  • Lead project workstreams and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Maintain strong communication with the Sales team to align on training needs and field activities.
  • Training Execution: Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Participate in educational events such as APP courses, Masters courses, and training for Fellows and Residents.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess program effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Nursing, Health Education, Health and Human Services, or related fields)
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare education, ideally with orthopedic technologies
  • Experience working across functional teams
  • Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.
  • Preferred: RN, NP, or PA license
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 25%, including weekends
  • Ability to work and multi-task with little supervision
  • Ability to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills
