As Manager of Media Strategy for UB Media, Ulta Beauty's Retail Media Network, you will serve as a critical member of a growing internal media team focused on building our UB Media business. This is a new role for the organization and will bring connectivity across the enterprise. You will operate at the center of several strategy and execution-oriented marketing and media teams, bringing together strategic marketing plans focused on seasonal and enterprise moments. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and custom proposals for seasonal and enterprise moments. The main objective is to uncover and maximize UB Media opportunities aligned to client goals. You will collaborate closely with the UB Media team, Core marketing team, merchants and agency partners to advance the business as a trusted resource. You are results-driven, resilient, and have a creative and agile mindset. You can identify gaps within media plans and develop creative solutions grounded in data and insights. You can motivate cross-functional partners to work towards a common vision and purpose.
