Your Tasks As Data & Analytics Manager, you will provide thought leadership to strategize and evolve current Media reporting structures. Oversee critical analysis, strategic support, and reporting of media plans and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing reporting structures to aid in answering business goals. This role requires a strong analytical mind, being detail oriented, and has passion about using data to solve business problems. This person will be the source of truth for Media Data & Analytics across all brands (Aquaphor, Eucerin, NIVEA, and Coppertone). While standard reporting is part of base expectations, the role is expected to conduct deep-dive analyses, uncover the "why" behind the numbers, and provide the data-driven insights that guide our marketing and communication strategies. Critical optimizations will be in tandem with the respective Media and Social Managers and is informed by robust data and a deep understanding of performance drivers. Being curious, detail-oriented, and highly analytical individual who is passionate about using data to solve business problems is core expectation. The Data & Analytics Manager will work as part of the Integrated Communications Team and collaborate with the Brand Teams, eCom Teams, and Agency Network to produce best-in-class reporting solutions. The successful candidate is self-motivated, high energy, outgoing, curious and eager to strive for excellence. We operate in a lean and matrixed organization across Global, Regional, and Local (US) which promotes cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. This role reports into the Media Director and is based in Stamford, CT on a hybrid working model, so you must be able to commute to Stamford three times per week.
