Responsibilities

  • Day to day finance manager for UTEG Creative Ops / Production, Bravo, and Sports.
  • Develop and maintain essential relationships with Marketing Operating Leadership team.
  • Develop expertise on operational areas covered to be an effective partner.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and budget maximization; analyze budget trends and metrics.
  • Streamline reporting across Media Group Marketing, ensuring consistency; assess opportunities to reduce manual work and automate.
  • Partner with finance and operational leadership team to develop strong understanding of Marketing strategy and investment priorities.
  • Responsible for overseeing day to day Creative Ops, Bravo, and Sports budget management across the Media Group (Peacock, Bravo, NBC, & Sports) including pacing, close, estimates.
  • Lead overall Media Group Marketing portfolio preparation for Budget / Estimates, Pacing, and Close for both FP&A and Leadership reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a finance role.
  • Experience with Executive Presentations.
  • Solid familiarity with Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP to help guide the team and drive new reporting as needed.

  • Strategic thinker with industry knowledge (streaming + familiarity with marketing / content a plus).
