About The Position

The Gig: The Manager of Media Analytics leads the strategy, governance, and execution of media measurement across paid and owned channels. This role owns the framework that connects media investment to measurable business outcomes, ensuring marketing spend is optimized against revenue, efficiency, and long-term growth objectives. You will partner across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and external agencies to elevate measurement rigor, drive experimentation, and provide executive-ready insights that inform investment decisions. This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days. What You'll Be Up To: Define and evolve the cross-channel media measurement strategy, including KPI frameworks, attribution approaches, and incrementally testing. Lead analysis of paid media performance across social, search, display, affiliate, and upper-funnel channels, translating results into optimization and budget allocation recommendations. Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards that standardize reporting and improve accountability. Drive advanced measurement initiatives including lift studies, structured test-and-learn programs, and MMM inputs. Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent data definitions and measurement compliance. Automate and streamline recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Build and mentor a team of analysts, fostering strong analytical standards and business storytelling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing measurement, or performance strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in incrementally, attribution, experimentation, and media optimization.
  • Strong SQL skill; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and presenting to senior leadership.
