Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies (Reltio, SAP).
• 5+ years of experience in Data platforms (preferably Databricks), Data, and Analytics.
• Prior experience managing a global team.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries.
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms and MDM best practices.
• Experience in managing remote teams and project deliverables.
• Familiarity with OKR’s and KPI’s.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with application architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement master data management strategies with SAP and Reltio platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance policies.
• Oversee enterprise master data management solutions.
• Conduct audits to resolve data quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on data integration processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends in master data management.
• Manage configuration and maintenance of MDM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on MDM strategy using OKR’s and KPI’s.
• Manage the life cycle of Data Domains.
• Coordinate with system integrators to deliver MDM roadmap.
• Manage budget and expenses for MDM projects.
