About The Position

This position will manage operations across eight sites statewide in Minnesota. This position will support and aim to enhance practice efficiency and standardize processes in the ophthalmology departments, improving efficiency and patient quality. The new manager will play a crucial role in achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• COA, COT or COMT required
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers - required at time of hire or obtained within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

• BA/BS in Business Administration or MBA preferred
• Previous management experience
• C.R.A.; Certified Retinal Angiographer
• N.C.L.E.; National Contact Lens Examiner
• R.O.U.B.; Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist
