About the team: The Automation Center of Excellence (COE) drives reliability and execution for Grocery automation platforms, including Witron and Swisslog. The team collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Run the Business, and vendors to enhance performance, minimize downtime, and ensure scalable execution. Leading maintenance standards, vendor governance, and continuous improvement, the COE transforms reactive processes into data-driven operations. With comprehensive ownership, technical expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership, the team delivers measurable results, builds dependable systems, and maintains clear accountability, enabling the Grocery automation network to operate with confidence, resilience, and optimal readiness.
