About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and delivering the Enterprise MDM vision, strategy, rollout, and governance. You will be responsible for managing a team of global MDM practitioners, ensuring that data accuracy, consistency, and reliability are maintained. Your leadership will drive significant improvements in data quality and adherence to data standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish effective data governance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data platforms and Analytics.
  • Experience managing a global team across geographies.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries.
  • Expertise in Reltio and SAP Master Data Management.
  • Experience managing remote teams and delivering quality solutions.
  • Proficient with cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiar with OKRs and KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement master data management strategies utilizing SAP master data and Reltio platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals to improve data quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies specific to master data.
  • Oversee design and implementation of enterprise master data management solutions.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of master data to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide technical guidance on data integration processes between enterprise applications and MDM platforms.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in master data management.
  • Oversee configuration and maintenance of materials, vendors, and customers in MDM applications.
  • Drive MDM strategy through measurable OKRs and KPIs.
  • Manage the life cycle of Data Domains from inception to production.
