About The Position

The Manager, Master Data Management will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise data initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business data. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 7+ years of experience with MDM technologies, specifically SAP Master Data and Reltio
  • 5+ years of experience with data platforms (preferably Databricks), analytics tools (Power BI), SQL, and integration technologies
  • Proven experience managing global teams and delivering enterprise-level data solutions
  • Expertise in cloud-based platforms, data governance, and best practices in MDM
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs, project management, and vendor collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise MDM strategy, leveraging platforms such as SAP Master Data and Reltio
  • Lead and mentor a global team of MDM professionals to drive adherence to data governance and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and OKRs/KPIs for master data management
  • Oversee configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of material, vendor, and customer data
  • Ensure efficient integration between MDM platforms and enterprise applications, providing technical guidance where needed
  • Manage enterprise MDM roadmap, vendor relationships, budgets, and project delivery across geographies
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and resolve data quality issues while driving continuous improvement
