  • Oversee the daily operations of the master control room, ensuring all broadcasts run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Manage and maintain broadcast equipment, including video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality broadcasts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, including producers, directors, and on-air talent, to coordinate programming and resolve any issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Offer technical support and training to customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize their use of our services.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Track performance and report on-air metrics to ensure broadcast quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze on-air metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all broadcasting regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a master control environment or similar role.
  • Strong technical proficiency with broadcast equipment and automation systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle the pressure of live broadcasting.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of broadcasting regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve operations.
  • Experience with specific broadcast automation systems and software.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Additional certifications in broadcast engineering or related fields.
  • Base pay within the range of $92,790.72 - $139,186.08.
  • Eligibility for a bonus for non-sales positions.
