The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations is a key operational and program management role supporting teams across the Marketing organization. This role is focused on driving alignment, executional rigor, and strategic coordination of cross-functional Go-To-Market initiatives. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, this person will play a pivotal role in building and operationalizing marketing programs that enhance the guest experience and accelerate business performance. The role will partner cross-functionally across multiple marketing departments to ensure programs are designed and executed efficiently, with measurable impact. The Manager, Marketing Operations reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.
