We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to support the marketing strategy for Fossil Group's licensed brands. Reporting to and working closely with the Global Director of Marketing, this role assists in shaping global brand strategy and executing regional plans across channels. The position partners with regional marketing teams, licensors, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, creative consistency, and strong business results across all consumer touchpoints. Global & Regional Strategy Support the development of global brand and product marketing strategies that establish a clear vision, positioning, and direction across markets. Partner with licensor teams to collaborate and co-create seasonal brand marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with global priorities, regional opportunities, and approval requirements. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize global strategies, tailoring tactics and activations to key markets to drive brand awareness and business growth. Translate global brand priorities into regionally relevant plans for North America, ensuring consistency with overall business and commercial objectives. Build and manage seasonal integrated marketing calendars for licensed brands, connecting global campaign narratives to regional execution across all channels. Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand/Merchandising, Sales) to define key seasonal moments, tactics, and activations that drive awareness and conversion. Serve as the strategic link between Global Brand Marketing, regional marketing leads, and licensors-sharing insights, competitive trends, and campaign learnings to influence future planning and innovation. Performance & Optimization Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs across markets, delivering post-campaign recaps and actionable recommendations. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with regional teams and licensors to ensure alignment, budget adherence, and consistent brand execution. Monitor global and regional market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and refinement of marketing strategies. Leadership & Budget Management Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports (if applicable) to deliver marketing initiatives with excellence, efficiency, and collaboration. Manage global and regional marketing budgets, ensuring strategic, compliant, and effective allocation across brands, markets, and partners.
