As the Manager of Ecommerce for the Sports and Entertainment division, you will be at the forefront of creating dynamic and engaging apparel that resonate with athletes and fans alike. Collaborating closely with graphic design, product development and production teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital commerce strategies that accelerate revenue growth and enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of our websites. Key duties include site operations, technology optimizations, online merchandising, promotions and producing and presenting executive reports that drive high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and a proven track record of driving online sales and best-in-class user experiences. In addition, the ideal candidate is strategic, detail- and results-oriented and a proactive collaborator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage ecommerce operations, merchandising and site development for two premium fashion ecommerce websites, ensuring seamless user experience and maximum conversion potential
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital commerce strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends
  • Plan product/collection strategy, promotions and digital content and product launch calendars in collaboration with planning, sales, marketing, creative and CRM partners
  • Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to drive efficiency and performance
  • Forecast sales and manage inventory to ensure alignment with demand, collaborating closely with planning, marketing and sales
  • Serve as the point person and liaison for engineering/development team on all functional issues related to sites; collaborate with development team to design and implement site roadmap and feature enhancements
  • Manage platform integrations and ensure smooth technical operations across multiple ecommerce channels
  • Review and test new development implementations to ensure positive user experiences on various devices and browsers
  • Manage relationships with third-party platform partners
  • Oversee complete product lifecycle management, including product uploads and catalog management, Product Detail Page (PDP) creation and optimization, ensuring accuracy of product information, pricing and imagery
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize digital commerce performance, site traffic and customer behavior with a focus on increasing conversion rate, AOV, orders, UPT and overall sales; create and maintain daily operational reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support customer service on ticket escalations
  • Responsible for optimizations to navigation, collections, search and homepage
  • Closely monitor return rates and review feedback, identifying key trends to make website enhancements and operational efficiencies in collaboration with design, merch and product development
  • Oversee and execute strategic site A/B tests to improve KPIs, revenue, and overall customer experience with focus on digital merchandising, personalization and conversion optimization
  • Partner with CRM to leverage customer insights and segmentation, optimizing digital commerce strategies based on data-driven learnings
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in ecommerce management, specifically in fashion or luxury retail
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce business operations with mix of merchandising, creative, technical, analytical and sales knowledge
  • Expert-level knowledge of ecommerce platform Shopify as well as experience with Google Analytics or similar; experience with SAP, NuOrder, Teamwork, and 42 Technologies preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce technology and emerging trends
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional partnerships
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital user experience and digital analytics
  • Experience managing vendor and agency relationships
