About The Position
The Manager of Marine Operations is responsible for managing safe and efficient vessel operations. This includes direct involvement in the management of the ILA workforce, ensuring productivity and discipline consistent with company policies, and minimizing operating costs through process refinement and resource utilization. The manager must effectively communicate with customers and the internal workforce regarding planning and logistics of vessel operations, ensure accurate reporting of equipment and cargo, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
