As a Manager of MarTech Operations Support at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in the Marketing team, which is dedicated to attracting customers through compelling storytelling, exceptional rewards, and unique customer experiences. This position is based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX, and you will be responsible for supporting Hilton's modern MarTech platforms that engage both customers and team members. Reporting directly to the Director of MarTech Operations Support, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of these platforms, which are essential for Hilton's marketing efforts. In this role, you will act as the team expert for database-related support issues, providing resolution and formal root cause analysis (RCA) for larger issues. You will develop reusable and ad hoc SQL scripts, API scripts, views, and stored procedures to address recurring issues or requests, ensuring that these resources are accessible from a code repository. Additionally, you will assist in setting up data access controls and request protocols, oversee data monitoring capabilities for MarTech platforms, and maintain comprehensive support documentation, particularly concerning database integrations. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work directly with platform users, solution providers, IT, and Service Management teams to address supported issues, implement minor system enhancements, and manage system maintenance cycles with a focus on data integrations. You will also verify results for any fixes in collaboration with platform users and IT, and participate in meetings with users and platform providers to ensure alignment and effective communication. Your leadership will be crucial as you take ownership of projects related to database issues, support capabilities, and process improvements. You will support the onboarding of new MarTech platforms, focusing on data aspects such as user access, imports, extracts, and monitoring. This role is not only about technical support but also about enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Hilton's marketing technology operations.
