As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workflow, controlling costs of production, and labour management for your department. Requirements

Bachelors or masters in Mechanical Engineering or similar with related experience
2-3 years of managerial experience
Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a testing environment or a job shop environment

Responsibilities

Manage departmental workflow to ensure that internal and external customer due dates are met.
Support hiring, onboarding, and processing of new employees in collaboration with human resources and department leadership.
Shift and deploy new and existing employees according to the needs of the department.
Coordinates the planning and execution of manufacturing schedules based on sales requirements.
Establishes and maintains inventory controls and levels to conform to budgets and forecasts.
Manage 5-10 employees.
