This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Manufacturing Ops & Assembly to oversee our aerospace component production processes. This pivotal role will lead teams in achieving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional departments to continuously enhance manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, adept at resource management, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Position Specific Details: Location: Space Coast, FL, Relocation: Available Team Focus & Domain Expertise: The GS1 Final Integration and Engine Preparation team at Blue Origin plays a pivotal role in the assembly, testing, and delivery of the integrated GS1 (New Glenn Stage 1) reusable booster. As a Manager of this team, you will develop strategy, manage performance to KPIs, and oversee execution of the integration of many systems, including (but not limited to) avionics, fluids systems, mechanical assembly, engine integration, etc. As the "last mile" for the GS1 booster, you will oversee ensuring the vehicle is prepped to hand off to the Integration Facility to prepare for launch.
