This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineering Managers to lead teams advancing human spaceflight through innovative manufacturing solutions at Blue Origin. In these key roles, you will oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes—including design for manufacturability, work instruction creation, tooling procurement and development, process planning, and configuration of efficient work cells. You will collaborate within integrated product teams, working closely with design, quality, tooling, facilities, logistics, operations, and project management to deliver high-quality lunar vehicles and hardware on aggressive timelines. The ideal candidates will be hands-on leaders with strong technical acumen and a record of driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments. This is a pooling requisition for current and anticipated openings across multiple Lunar teams and shifts. Candidates will be matched to the right roles as needs are identified.
