About The Position

The primary responsibilities are developing and implementing the Company’s manufacturing processes and equipment needed to build our particle characterization instruments, along with the responsibility for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes. This successful candidate will lead a team of manufacturing Engineers focusing on existing and new product introductions and ensuring the engineering team and other production teams work together to guarantee the ongoing safety of our teammates and ensure the quality of our products. This position is responsible for aligning the manufacturing engineering department's business plan with the Company’s overall organizational objectives and targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and improving compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of quality throughout the organization and ensure that our products consistently meet and exceed the highest standards of quality. The Manager of Manufacturing Engineering is empowered to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization. Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the Company’s manufacturing processes and equipment needed to build our particle characterization instruments
  • Overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes
  • Leading a team of manufacturing Engineers focusing on existing and new product introductions
  • Ensuring the engineering team and other production teams work together to guarantee the ongoing safety of our teammates and ensure the quality of our products
