We are seeking a Manager, Managed Networks Support Services to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Managed Networks team. The team provides wireless connectivity solutions to venue and carrier customers. On a day-to-day basis, the team designs, implements, and manages the overall performance of these wireless solutions. The Manager leads a team that delivers centralized services and drives enhanced effectiveness of delivery and operations. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery while aligning with strategic business goals. As a manager, you will lead your team to develop and drive scalability; efficiency through IT systems, automation, etc.; and overall effectiveness in the execution of key operational programs and initiatives with internal and external customers. Your team will lead strategic planning initiatives, spend allocation planning, set up and managing key operational programs, owning and developing systems, processes, and tools in partnership with others.
