Key Roles & Responsibilities: · Identify acquisition opportunities that align with client’s criteria · Manage multiple buy-side client relationships within 1-2 industries · Communicate with internal and external teams on their deal pipelines · Effectively manage and lead 1-3 direct reports · Review markets across the country utilizing various research tools · Network with business owners through calls, emails, and text messages · Execute and manage prospecting campaigns · Gather due diligence information from business owners · Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions Candidate Requirements: · 3+ years of experience working in business development, corporate development, or buy-side investment banking · Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects · Analytically minded and detail-oriented
