As a Logistics Manager at Veho, you'll be instrumental in expanding our Transportation & Logistics capabilities and our overall transportation network footprint. Reporting directly to the Director of Transportation, you will lead critical day-to-day operations, strategically develop our carrier network, and contribute significantly to building a high-performing team. This is a unique chance to make your mark in a rapidly scaling organization. An ideal candidate: 5+ years of experience working hands-on within the logistics and/or transportation industry. Experience in carrier sourcing, negotiation, vetting, and onboarding processes. Experience managing third-party carriers/brokers and complex logistics networks. Understanding of transportation compliance, including DOT regulations, Hours of Service standards and insurance requirements. Familiarity with various transportation modes and vehicle types (e.g., Truckload, LTL, Box Truck, Sprinter/Cargo Van). Experience in leading, managing, and developing team members. Strong data analysis skills, particularly using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and implement timely resolutions for service issues.
