About The Position
Our Managers are key leaders that drive the success and shape of Sia as a firm. They are integral in Sales, Account Management & Client Delivery, and Governance reporting directly to a Business Unit / Business Line Partner and Market Leader. As a key driver for supporting our leadership team in the sales process, Managers join our firm with the ability to leverage Sias' rich network of connections to help develop new solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to support and lead delivery engagement at existing clients and identify new opportunities within Sias' rich network of relationships. Managers are also expected to support commercial proposals within their Business Unit / Business Line with the support of team members. They will act as the main point of contact to provide industry guidance, strategic direction, and implementation of best practices for the organization.
